  • Embodiment practices that are specifically serving you to connect with your body and therefore also with your Voice.

  • Source Singing to connect to and create through the source of your soul.

  • Visualisation and Meditation to turn inward and connect to what’s alive in you, emotionally, physically and mentaly.
